There are few roles we haven't filled. We've been...(get ready, it's a long list)... the caterer, the server, the dj, the ring-bearer, the flower girl, the bridesmaid, the groomsman, the officiant, and finally, the bride and groom.
With 6 years of combined experience and a few hundred events under our belts, we're eager to help you make your big day a big success.

There's a famous saying that no battle plan survives the first interaction with the enemies' army. While it's a stretch to call a wedding day a battle, it's critical to have a strong plan and to expect situations no one could have accounted for. Here's some of the "fun" we've witnessed:
The best man loses his notes and improvises
with a speech about nipples...
A brides maid's dress catches flame during the sparkler send-off...
Their "just a sprinkle" forecast turns out to be a downpour that lasts the entire ceremony...
Grandpa takes the mic uninvited and won't step off the stage...
The caterer takes over an hour to serve guests one at a time from the buffet...
Pastor Jerry calls in sick, and now they need a minister ASAP...
The county scheduled a mandatory power outage and gave the venue only a day's notice...
The cleanup team gets sent home early, leaving the mother of the bride to run the dishwasher...
We believe the goal of the coordinators is to be the advocate of the bride and groom whenever something in the plan changes.
Your coordinators should be ready to grab that mic, put out that fire, and make sure you packed your umbrella. We want to provide you with the gift of peace, knowing you have a designated team as your representatives to your vendors, your guests, and your family.
